The Shooting Ranges

The club has a 65 yard under cover plinking range, an under cover field target plinking range, a dedicated under cover pistol range and dedicated Field Target and Hunter Field Target courses. So, when it's raining, whatever you shoot, you don't have to get soaked through! The Greyhound Gun Club has one of the best Field Target (FT) / Hunter Field Target (HFT) courses in this part of the country plus a dedicted pistol course. It is for this reason it is a popular venue on the FT/HFT scene with many of the top airgun shooters using the course regularly. The Greyhound Gun Club is used by Daystate Midlands Hunter Field Target series and Midland Winter FT League. Also popular for UBC Umarex Boys Club and BSA Owners Forum meets and for testing of manufacturers airguns and products.
